Why do we collect and use your personal information

We collect and use your personal information in order for us to provide you with our services. The majority of our installation work is undertaken for domestic clients. Personal information is used for quotations, guarantees, FENSA registration and invoicing.

We will share your personal information with third parties such as HMRC or the FCA where we are required to do so by law.

How long will we store your personal information

Legally we are required to keep any accounting information for a minimum of 6 years. The records for those clients who do not wish to proceed with us are destroyed after 6 months. Documentation required by FENSA, our trade body, for registration of the window and door fitting is required to be kept for 10 years.
